Excluding the selling of unstitched garments, this registration is obligatory.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"PAN_and_TAN\"><\/span><strong><u>PAN and TAN<\/u><\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>It is obligatory on the part of the seller to submit the PAN. However, submission of TAN is not necessary and hence providing PAN with a copy of PAN card would be sufficient.<\/p>\n<p>Personal PAN is needed in case of proprietorship business, business PAN is required in the case of a company, partnership or LLP.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"BUSINESS_REGISTRATION\"><\/span><strong><u>BUSINESS REGISTRATION<\/u><\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>As such there is no requirement for a specific business entity, still, it is preferable to register as an <strong>LLP or <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.legalraasta.com\/private-limited-company-registration\/\"><strong>Private<\/strong> <strong>Limited Company<\/strong><\/a> in order to enjoy limited liability protection and easy access to credit.
