For additional test report that includes the application, additional processing fee of \u20b910000\/- per test report will be charged.<\/p>\n<p>(iii) Annual Registration Fee \u20b91000\/- X 2(for two years validity) = \u20b9 2000\/<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Steps_involved_in_Registration\"><\/span><strong>Steps involved in Registration<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Applicants are required to apply online for grant of Registration.<\/li>\n<li>Test reports issued from labs recognized by Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) under Compulsory Registration Scheme (CRS) to be submitted with the application.<\/li>\n<li>Authorized Indian Representatives of applicants located in or outside India have to submit an affidavit cum undertaking.<\/li>\n<li>The fee to be deposited as per the fee structure for CRS<strong>.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Fill the application form online.<\/li>\n<li>Hard copies of the application to be submitted within 15 days of online submission. In the case of non-receipt of hard copies, the application will be treated as closed.<\/li>\n<li>The applicant will be responsible for the overall delay in Grant of Registration in the case of incomplete application.<\/li>\n<li>Once everything is satisfactorily resolved and affidavit cum undertaking has been submitted, registration is granted by BIS.<\/li>\n<li>The grant of registration letter will be uploaded on the applicant&#8217;s portal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0Points to be noted:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Registration is initially granted for 2 years which has to be renewed after every 2 years.<\/li>\n<li>Registered manufacturers can appeal for an inclusion of new models of the same product and brand under the same number of registration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Documents required:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Address Proof<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>(1) Business Licence<\/p>\n<p>(2) Other Document issued by Govt.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If the application is not signed by the CEO, Authority letter from CEO.<\/li>\n<li>Online generated copy (duly signed and sealed).<\/li>\n<li>A copy of<a href=\"https:\/\/www.legalraasta.com\/trademark-registration\/\"><strong> Trademark application<\/strong><\/a> if applied for.<\/li>\n<li>A copy of ID Proof of the person signing the affidavit.<\/li>\n<li>Test report of the product.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Costs required to start mobile manufacturing in India involve various sub-costs and the fact that it is becoming a hub of mobile manufacturers gives out that the relative costs are low.
