It is capable of entering into different types of transactions. After the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.legalraasta.com\/private-limited-company-registration\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">incorporation of a Private limited company<\/a>, it is the responsibility of the directors of the company to ensure the various regulatory and statutory filings are filed on time by a company or not. When you fail to\u00a0file statutory filings then it may cause stringent penalties. Moreover, could result in disqualifying the directors from incorporating another company in the future. In the year 2018, the penalty for non-compliance has been raised to over Rs.1 lakh by both the income tax department and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.legalraasta.com\/company-registration-status\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">MCA (Ministry of corporate affairs)<\/a>. In this article, we will let you know what is the Penalty for non-filing Annual Return by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.legalraasta.com\/requirement-of-a-private-limited-company\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Private Limited Company<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"The_Penalty_for_non-filing_Annual_Return_2018\"><\/span>The Penalty for non-filing\u00a0Annual Return 2018<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Generally, under the companies act, the government fee for filing or registering any document with the Registrar is Rs. 200. A <a href=\"https:\/\/www.legalraasta.com\/private-limited-company-registration-process\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Private limited company<\/a> has to file form MGT-7 and form AOC-4 every year.
