issuance of C form:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>It is restricted for the goods which are specified in the certificate of registration.<\/li>\n<li>The purchased commodities must either be traded or used as a raw number<\/li>\n<li>Contact details of the buyer and seller<\/li>\n<li>Serial number of the form<\/li>\n<li>Details of the procured commodity<\/li>\n<li>Name and signature of the authorized signatory<\/li>\n<li>Signatory Status in relation to the particular dealer<\/li>\n<li>Place and date<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" seller on a quarterly basis for the goods procured during the quarter.<\/li>\n<li>No monetary restrictions will be imposed for the issuing a single bill in a particular quarter.<\/li>\n<li>There is a
