This amendment contains a revision of various relevant rules. The altered rules are as follows:<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Reserve_Unique_Name_%E2%80%93_LLP\"><\/span>Reserve Unique Name \u2013 LLP<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>The introduction of a web service called the\u00a0Reserve Unique Name \u2013 Limited Liable Partnership (RUN-LLP)\u00a0replacing the earlier form for the Application for the Reservation of the company&#8217;s name or Change in Name of the company(Form 1).<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Form_for_Incorporation_of_LLP_FiLLiP\"><\/span>Form for Incorporation of LLP (FiLLiP)<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>The introduction of a new form called the Form for incorporation of Limited Liability Partnership (FiLLiP) replaced the previous Form for Incorporation document and subscriber\u2019s statement (Form 2) and thereby, combining the following services.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Name Reservation<\/li>\n<li>Allowing the<a href=\"https:\/\/www.legalraasta.com\/blog\/din-number\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> Designated Identification Number (DIN)<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Incorporation of the LLP<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"What_is_LLP_Registration\"><\/span>What is LLP Registration<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>LLP Registration is a basic process where 2 LLP Partners create an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.legalraasta.com\/llp-registration\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">LLP Registration<\/a>. The following documents are acceptable as address proof for Indian Nationals:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Passport<\/li>\n<li>Election Card or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.legalraasta.com\/blog\/voter-id-status\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Voter Identity Card<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Ration Card<\/li>\n<li>Driving License<\/li>\n<li>Electricity Bill<\/li>\n<li>Telephone Bill<\/li>\n<li>Aadhaar Card<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Residential Proof:\u00a0<\/strong>In addition to the address proof, the submission of a residential proof is done to register a Limited Liability Partnership. The residential proof is for the validation of the current address of the Partner. The following documents are acceptable residential proof:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bank Statement<\/li>\n<li>Electricity Bill<\/li>\n<li>Telephone Bill<\/li>\n<li>Mobile Bill<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"The_following_documents_are_mandatory_for_Foreign_Nationals_registering_an_LLP\"><\/span>The following documents are mandatory for Foreign\u00a0Nationals registering an LLP:<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Passport:\u00a0<\/strong>In the case of NRIs (Non-Resident Indian), Passport is a mandatorily required as proof of identity. The Passport must be Notarized or authenticated in the country it was issued. If the document is in a foreign language, then the translation of the passport be done by an official into English. Further, if the date of birth of the holder is missing in the Passport, then an additional document containing the date of birth of the Partner\u00a0must be provided. which will duly be certified or attested.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Address Proof:\u00a0<\/strong>In addition to the Notarized Passport\u00a0copy, the foreign national\u00a0must submit an address proof which is also notarized. The address proof submitted must have the name of the Partner\u00a0as stated in the Passport\u00a0and the most current address of the Partner. Further, the documents submitted must also not be older than 1 year for foreign nationals. The following documents are acceptable as address proof for NRIs:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Driving License<\/li>\n<li>Residence Card<\/li>\n<li>Bank Statement<\/li>\n<li>A government-issued form of identification containing the address of partners<\/li>\n<li>In case the document is in a foreign language, then it must be translated by an official translator and notarized or authenticated.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Residential Proof:\u00a0<\/strong>Along with the address proof, submission of the residential proof is also done during the Limited Liability Partnership registration process\u00a0for the validation of the current address of the Partner. As applicable to address proof, the residential proof also contains the name of the Partner\u00a0as mentioned in the Passport\u00a0and must not be older than one year.
