Choose the year of registration and fill in the registered SRO. Enter the captcha that appears and click \u201cSubmit\u201d. To get an encumbrance certificate for the property, follow the guidelines mentioned below.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Apply_Encumbrance_Certificate_via_MeeSeva_Franchise\"><\/span><b>Apply Encumbrance Certificate via MeeSeva Franchise<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The procedure for applying the encumbrance certificate via the MeeSeva franchise are as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Step 1: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The applicant is required to visit the nearest MeeSeva Franchise.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Submit_an_Application\"><\/span><b>Submit an Application<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><b>Step 2: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The applicant is required to submit an application in the prescribed format for the encumbrance certificate at MeeSeva Centre.
