AEO Package for MSMEs may be a program supported by the partnership between the customs & business, wherein the economic operator is granted such status. The program determines the trustworthiness also as the reliability of the economic operator. Following grounds are examined to work out the operator\u2019s reliability<\/strong><\/p>\n

  2. Compliance with customs legislation<\/li>\n
  3. Appropriate security standards<\/li>\n
  4. Solvency standards.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    It allows the straightforward procedure to be followed by the firm\u2019s security-related custom control & easing compliance with the customs legislation. It envisages improving the safety aspect of worldwide supply chains and simplifies the transit of lawful goods.<\/p>\n

      AEO may be a voluntary program & entails various global supply chain participants. It empowers the Indian Customs to create & streamline the cargo security via close co-operation within the presence of the principal stakeholders of the international supply chain (includes importers, exporters, custodians, etc.<\/p>\n
