Registered Commodities in Packages:<\/strong> All packaged goods that are going to be sold to retail customers must comply with the packaged commodity registration requirements. It is mandatory for manufacturers and importers to provide all relevant information about the packed items. The data must adhere to the specifications provided in the applicable regulations. The Central Government and the State Governments both grant registration for packaged commodities.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Dealership Permit:<\/strong> A dealership license must be obtained from the appropriate legal metrology department if an importer imports goods and sells them under the same brand name.
