Information on identical or similar trademarks that have already been submitted with the trademark registrar can be found through a trademark search. The application for trademark status often shows &#8220;Sent for Vienna Codification&#8221; while this process is ongoing.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Examining trademarks:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> An application for trademark\/ <\/span><b>brand registration<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> will be assigned to a Trademark Officer at the Trademark Registration Office upon completion of Vienna Codification. After checking the application for trademarks for accuracy, the Trademark Officer will issue a report on the trademark examination. The trademark officer has the authority to approve or reject a <\/span><b>trademark registration application<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, as well as to permit trademark journal publication. In the event that the Trademark Officer objects to the <\/span><b>trademark registration<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> application, the trademark applicant is entitled to appear before the Trademarks Officer and respond to the objections. One further way to contest the Trademark Hearing Officer&#8217;s ruling is to take the matter up with an Intellectual Property Appellate Boards.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Registration of Trademarks:<\/b> Trademark registration certificate and trademark manuscript will be prepared and provided with trademark application once there are no oppositions or objections to the trademark \/ <b>brand registration<\/b> application. Following the issuance of the trademark registration certificate, the owner of the trademark is deemed to have <b>registered a brand<\/b> it, giving them exclusive use of the mark.
