Process for EPR Plastic Waste Authorization



1. Registration of application

The first step is to register your account on the government's official website from the state pollution control board or Pollution Control Committee.


2.Filling of application

The next step is to file an online application for E-waste Recycling Authorisation & submit the necessary paperwork which is required to submit.


3.Examination of application

After the complete submission of the form, it is reviewed & checked by the District Environmental Engineer (DEE) or Central Pollution Control Board for any mistakes which need to be corrected before issuing a certificate to recyclers.


4.Issuing of license

After the Central Pollution Control Board officer is satisfied with the application the officers issue the license to recyclers within 120 days of application submission.
