DPCC consent policy

DPCC consent policy is the policy used by the DPCC while allotting the licenses. Delhi government formed DPCC or Delhi Pollution Control Committee on 1st June 1991, under the supervision of the Central Pollution Control Board. All the powers of CPCB have been delegated to the DPCC.
