Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we strive to deliver the best experience. Below, you’ll find the standard operating procedure for processing refunds:

A. Refund at the client's discretion

1. Refund by Company - We offer a 100% refund of the amount received if you notify us via email at contact@legalraasta.com within 1 hour of your purchase or payment. Unfortunately, refund requests made after 1 hour of payment will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Non-Refundable Orders - After your order is allocated to our network of professionals—such as CAs, CSs, lawyers, engineers, and consultants—it becomes non-refundable to ensure the integrity of the services provided.
3. Lack of Response Policy - If we do not receive a response to our email, call, or WhatsApp communication for more than 48 hours, the order will be considered cancelled, and no refund will be processed under any circumstances.
4. Refund Approval - Refunds are subject to approval by the consultant. In the event of any dispute between the client and the consultant, it will be treated as a private matter between the two parties. Legal Raasta Technologies Pvt Ltd will not be held liable for any such disputes.
5. Client Acknowledgment and Responsibility - By purchasing services from our website, www.legalraasta.com, you confirm that you fully understand the applicable government fees, compliance requirements, necessary documents, and any other factors—such as infrastructure, land, or commercial premises—required to secure licenses, registrations, certifications, or government approvals/clearances. You are responsible for providing all necessary documents and information to obtain such licenses, registrations, certifications, or approvals as requested by our network of professionals. If you fail to provide the required information within 7 days, the services will be considered complete, and you will be required to pay any remaining balance. Please note, in professional services, time has a cost, and any advice or time spent during consultations will be billed accordingly.

B. Refund Due to Service Inability –

• If our network of professionals is unable to deliver the services due to a change in laws or regulatory norms that prevent you from meeting the revised requirements, no refund will be issued. However, if you have provided all necessary documents, qualifications, and facilities, and the professionals either lack the required experience or decline to work on your assignment, we, as the service aggregator, may reassign your order to other professionals within our network. If none of the professionals can fulfill the services within a 90 days cooling period, you may request a refund by contacting us at contact@legalraasta.com
• Delays caused by regulators or government departments are excluded from refund requests. Any delay due to regulatory authorities will not be considered a delay on the consultant's part. The consultant will continue to provide the appropriate legal advice as required throughout the process.
• No refund request shall be entertained in case of rejection of the application by government authorities for any reason not under the control of the professional. If the client wishes to re-apply after rejection by government authorities, they will have to pay 60% of the professional fees, 100% of the government fees, and any other travel/miscellaneous fees required to deliver the assignment. If the client agrees, professionals will be required to create a fresh order after approval from the client.
• You acknowledge that government authorities may impose penalties or fees for various reasons, and you agree to bear all such costs. Neither the consultant nor Legal Raasta Technologies Pvt Ltd. will be held responsible for any penalties or actions taken by government authorities.
• By purchasing services from our website (www.legalraasta.com), you affirm that you are neither an agent, intermediary, nor an unregistered legal professional. You acknowledge that Legal Raasta Technologies Pvt Ltd is designed exclusively for businesses or individuals in need of legal services. Any orders placed by middlemen, unregistered professionals, or those outside our authorized network will be considered a breach of platform guidelines. Such orders will be cancelled, and no refund will be provided.
• Refunds will not be processed once the required documents for delivering the service order have been shared with you via email or WhatsApp.
• Refunds will not be granted if the client decides to change their mind, cancels their plans, or cites delays in the service delivery process.
